Biography
Dr. V.N. Vimal Rao is an educational psychologist and statistician who studies the psychology of statistics: what does it mean to 'do' statistics and how does one learn how to do statistics. Before completing his PhD at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Rao worked for both the US Census Bureau as well as the US Department of Health and Human Services as a senior statistician. Dr. Rao combines his training and experience in psychology and statistics to support innovative research in statistics education.
